Privacy policy

Handoff for Two is operated by ICSR Tech LLC. Effective November 6, 2026.

Data used to provide the app

We store the nickname you choose, a randomly generated account identifier, a protected hash of your access key, pairing information, and the title, optional note, time and decisions for each handoff. Your paired partner can see your nickname and the handoffs you share. Pairing codes expire after 24 hours or after use. We process IP addresses transiently to prevent misuse. We do not ask for a phone number, email address, contacts or location. The app has no advertising or tracking.

Storage and deletion

Handoffs are kept for up to 90 days after their end time. Disconnecting deletes the shared space and its handoffs for both people. You can permanently delete your account in Settings → Delete account. Blocking prevents the same two accounts from pairing again. A report stores its category and time for up to 90 days. If you email support, we receive the email address and the details you choose to send.

Sharing and notifications

If you use the system share sheet, the selected destination receives the content you choose to send. Keep your access key private. Optional reminders are scheduled on your device. We use hosting infrastructure to run the service. We do not sell personal data.
